For travelers who have the time, we recommend spending a night at Commune by the Great Wall. Families love this experience because we are able to arrange private hikes on remote, isolated parts of the Wall. We also can arrange special activities, like a private hands-on cooking class for kids to learn about Chinese cuisine and cooking utensils.
