2.) Luxury Travel Coordinator
This entry-level position involves working closely with our Tour Designers to assist with client travel arrangements, product development and marketing projects. Applicants must be highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior international travel experience in our tour destinations is required.
Responsibilities include:
• Confirming details and logistics of private international luxury tours
• Communicating with international suppliers on a daily basis
• Ensuring seamless coordination of services throughout the tours
• Assisting with creating new travel programs and updating existing tours
• Data entry
• Marketing activities and projects
• Attending regular meetings with suppliers
• Learning about and researching culture and travel highlights in destinations all over the world
Requirements include:
• Passion for travel, culture and quality
• Extreme attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to “see the big picture”
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Extensive prior travel experience in our tour destinations and/or travel industry experience a plus
